A Different Kind of Race

A few of us ran in this race a while back.  We’re directly behind the fellow with the t.v. show about all those kids (and counting).

It wasn’t actually a race, of course, but a scene from Courageous, the new movie from Alex and Stephen Kendrick.

Courageous continues to perform well at the box office.  It’s tally just went over $25,000,000, which is an outstanding showing for a film its size.  Courageous is adding new screens this weekend; here’s a link to where it’s showing: http://www.courageousthemovie.com/newtheaters

We would run a few paces for the race above, then hear “Cut!  Back to ‘A’!”, which was our cue to line up again for yet another take.  On a hot Albany, Georgia day.

But there will be no such starting and stopping on our big day in December.  There won’t be a movie crew either, but the effort is motivated by a very special film project.
