The initial screenings of An American Adventure: The Living Legacy of Jimmy Gentry were a smashing success. Searchlights, red carpets, vintage cars lining the street, the local high school providing period music, and packed houses marked two nights of honoring Mr. Gentry. The film was warmly received, as audiences responded enthusiastically to the story of Mr. Gentry’s unique commitment to godly character — and his relationship with the town of Franklin, TN. Stay tuned for information about encore screenings.

The release of An American Adventure - The Living Legacy of Jimmy Gentry has resulted in a substantial amount of local press - television, newspaper, and magazine. The way in which this man has lived his life has had a big impact!

An American Adventure: The Living Legacy of Jimmy Gentry is premiering Friday and Saturday night of next week in downtown Franklin, Tennessee. The screenings are being hosted by the local Heritage Foundation, with all proceeds from the ticketed event going toward the restoration of the Historic Franklin Theater.
